Returns, Damaged Deliveries & Exchanges Policy

Custom-Made Furniture

All of our furniture is custom-made according to the dimensions, specifications, and preferences provided by the customer. Each order is manufactured individually and specifically for the customer.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide that you no longer want your order after receiving it, you may request a return by contacting us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be securely packaged for transportation.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our facility in Poland.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be reduced by:

  • The original shipping cost paid by us to deliver the order to you; and
  • Any applicable handling costs resulting from the return.

The customer remains responsible for all return shipping costs to Poland.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or fault, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the issue.

To process the claim:

  1. The item must be properly packaged for return transport.
  2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

No return shipping costs will be charged to the customer for approved defect claims.

Damaged Packages Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery from the courier.

If the package shows visible signs of damage:

  1. Inform the courier immediately.
  2. Request a damage report or damage certificate from the courier whenever possible.
  3. Contact us immediately and provide photographs of the package and any visible damage.

If the package is accepted and the contents are later found to be damaged as a result of transportation, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, the courier company may be responsible for compensating the value of the shipment, subject to their investigation and claims procedure.

Severe Shipping Damage

If the package appears significantly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery.

The parcel will be returned directly to us, and we will investigate the matter with the courier company. Once the investigation is completed, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
